Terms of Service
These terms govern your use of the Sree Yogam Portal at sreeyogam.ilivetec.com(the "Service"). By signing in and using the Service, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the Service.
1. The service we provide
Sree Yogam offers access to live online yoga classes conducted by Sreekonda Subrahmanyam Sarma ("Sharma ji") via Zoom video meetings. Two morning batches run daily — typically 5:00 AM and 6:30 AM IST. The Service consists of:
- Sign-in via your Google account
- Access to a working Zoom link for each class, gated by an active monthly subscription
- Automated payment receipts via your registered email
We do not host the video meetings — Zoom does. Class quality depends on Zoom's service availability and the instructor's preparation, neither of which iLive operates directly.
2. Eligibility
You must be 18 or older, OR have verifiable parental/guardian consent. By creating an account you confirm you meet this requirement.
3. Subscription and payments
3.1 Pricing
₹500 (Indian Rupees) per 30-day access window. Prices are inclusive of any applicable taxes. We may change pricing in the future — existing access already paid for is unaffected; new prices apply only to subsequent payments.
3.2 How payment works
Payments are processed by Razorpay Software Private Limited (RBI-licensed payment aggregator). When you click Pay, Razorpay's secure checkout opens; you complete payment via UPI, card, netbanking, or wallet. Funds settle directly to Sree Yogam's bank account.
Each successful payment extends your access by 30 days from the later of (a) today, or (b) your existing expiry date — so paying early extends your access rather than overlapping it.
3.3 Refunds
Because access is granted instantly upon payment, payments are non-refundable by default. Exceptions, at our discretion, for:
- Duplicate accidental payments within the same 24-hour period.
- Service unavailability lasting more than 7 consecutive days that prevents you from joining classes.
- Verified billing errors (wrong amount charged).
Refund requests should be sent to support@ilivetec.com within 7 days of the disputed payment. If approved, refunds typically arrive within 5-10 business days via the original payment method.
3.4 Cancellation
You may stop using the Service at any time. Since we use one-off monthly payments (not auto-debit), cancellation simply means not paying for the next cycle. There is no "cancel" button needed — your access expires automatically at the end of your current 30-day window.
4. Acceptable use
You agree NOT to:
- Share your account credentials with anyone else.
- Record, broadcast, or redistribute live classes without written consent from Sharma ji.
- Share Zoom meeting links publicly (the link rotates and is intended for paying members only).
- Use the Service in a way that disrupts other students or the instructor.
- Attempt to bypass payment requirements, exploit security vulnerabilities, or scrape the platform.
Violation may result in termination of your account without refund.
5. Account security
Your Google account is your sign-in. You are responsible for keeping it secure (strong password, two-factor authentication enabled). We are not liable for unauthorized access resulting from a compromised Google account.
6. Service availability
We aim for high availability but offer no formal SLA. The Service may be temporarily unavailable for:
- Scheduled maintenance (rare, notified in advance via email when possible).
- Issues with our hosting providers (Vercel, Supabase, Razorpay, Google).
- Internet, power, or other infrastructure outside our control.
If a scheduled class is cancelled by Sharma ji (illness, emergency, pre-announced break), no refund is owed but your subscription period will be extended by the equivalent number of days.
7. Intellectual property
All class content, audio, video, and teaching materials remain the intellectual property of Sharma ji / Sree Yogam. The Sree Yogam name and the Sree Yogam Portal software are operated by iLive Technologies Private Limited. Personal practice based on what you learn is encouraged; teaching others commercially using these materials requires written permission.
8. Limitation of liability
Yoga involves physical activity and carries inherent risks. You participate at your own risk. Consult a doctor before starting if you have any medical condition. iLive and Sree Yogam are not liable for injuries, illness, or property damage resulting from your participation.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, iLive's total liability for any claim arising from your use of the Service is limited to the amount you paid in the 30-day window during which the claim arose.
9. Termination by us
We may terminate or suspend your account, with or without notice, if:
- You violate these terms.
- We detect fraudulent payment activity.
- The Service is permanently discontinued (we'll notify all active members at least 30 days in advance and refund any remaining unused subscription days).
10. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms occasionally. Material changes will be communicated via email at least 7 days before they take effect. Continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
11. Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising from your use of the Service shall first be addressed via good-faith discussion (email support@ilivetec.com). Unresolved disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Hyderabad, Telangana.
