Delete your account
You can request deletion of your Sree Yogam account and personal data at any time. Once processed, you will lose access to current and any remaining paid subscription days, and your name and email will be removed from our database.
Note: some payment records may be retained for up to 8 years as required by Indian tax law (Section 44AA of the Income Tax Act). These records will not contain personally identifying details beyond what is required for tax compliance.
How to request deletion
Until self-service deletion is built into the portal (planned), please email us with the subject line "Account deletion request" from the email address registered with your Sree Yogam account:

We will confirm receipt within 2 business days and complete the deletion within 30 days, as required by the DPDP Act.
What gets deleted
- Your name and email from our students database
- Your subscription history (which dates of access you held)
- Any phone number you optionally provided
- Your sign-in session
What we retain (for legal compliance)
- Aggregated, anonymized payment records for tax filings
- Razorpay payment IDs (linkable only via Razorpay's own records, which they retain per RBI rules)
What this does NOT delete
Your Google account is not affected. To revoke our app's access to your Google account, visit your Google account permissions page and remove "Sree Yogam".
